Peach & Prosciutto Bruschetta

-12 slices grilled sourdough baguette
-6 ounces goat cheese
-12 slices thinly-sliced prosciutto
-2 ripened peaches, sliced thin
-Good-quality olive oil, to taste
-Sea salt, to taste
